Siete

I leave the country on the 31st, so I have about seven more proper days here to sort things out. I've spent way too much time talking to the five cats here and picking food off the ground whilst trying to adhere to the 10 second rule.

I've been a bad blogger this summer; this is mostly due to a lack of things to say. I've got a monster of a reading list to tackle next month, so I imagine there won't be much more time for vegetating. I've got half of an iPod left to fill up music, so if any of you have recommendations for stuff to download, make them now.

I'll try and blog once a day until I go, and with each post, I'll leave a song. The song for today is "What Ever Happened" by The Strokes.

Tonight I saw "The Island" which had a good premise and was fairly fun to watch, but was overtly silly. It did, however, star my beloved Scarlett Johannson, pictured above.

There's going to be a lot to talk about over the coming days.
